Unfortunately this cookbook leaves a lot to be desired. There are no pictures of any of the dishes. No descriptions of the dishes other than the ingredients and the instructions for preparation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Better recipes can be found easily with a simple google search.
This book isn't even worth a third of it's price. All pages are black and white, no pics. Basic knowledge of how fire / heat / oxygen work. Recipes are uninspiring. Authors use of the word " hence" will make you think you are reading a book written by Mr. Obvious. Look for a different book....this one sux.
Very informative and practical, with easy-to-follow recipes that give great results. I haven't tried cooking everything in this cookbook, and probably never will, but it has become my go-to reference when I want to cook something in my kamado. I appreciate that the author didn't get drawn into the religious wars concerning which kamado is the best.
For the first time i have read any kamado cookbook and really it was great. This book is packed with a lot of healthy and delicious recipes. Will the easy picking instruction the making process quite easy to follow. As a beginner i have found this book great!
This is an excellent book for the new Kamado Cookbook. there is a lot of variety of Delicious Kamado Grill and Barbecue Recipes that are very well explained. I tried two recipes so far and they came out perfect. I recommend it for everyone
